What is the difference between a recess and exact measurement?

A recess measurement is the measurement taken when you want your blind to fit in within the walls of your window. We will then make the necessary deductions to allow your blind to fit within the opening. An exact blind size is generally used when measuring for a blind to fit on the outside of the recess and the blind will come to exactly that size with no deductions made. How do I fit my blinds?

Each window blind sold comes with its own specific fitting instructions which helps you through step by step guide on how to fit your new blinds. If you would like to check out the fitting instruction before you buy online you can do so by visiting the fitting guide page here.

What type of fixings do you supply?

All of our made to measure window blinds come with a universal fixing bracket complete with all of the necessary screws that can be fitted to the face of the window or to the top of the recess depending on your preference.

Do you offer a measuring and fitting service?

How accurate are the product image?

The images of the window blinds on this site are an accurate representation of the products supplied, however, due to different displays and monitor settings the colours and textures may appear different to the physical sample. We strongly recommend using our free sampling service before placing your order to ensure you are happy with both the colour and quality of the material you are looking to order.

What guarantee do my blinds come with?

For peace of mind we offer a 3 year guarantee on all of our blinds which covers the fabric, controls, chain, cords and fittings of your blinds. In the unlikely event that you should experience a fault or problem you can rest assured that we will either replacement the component or supply a new blind free of charge. Where are my blinds manufactured?

We are proud to say that all of our products are manufactured in the UK using high quality materials we have sourced from around Europe.

Are my blinds child safe?

All of our blinds are manufactured and supplied with child safety devices. These can range from a breakaway connector on looped cords which breaks when under pressure to a child safety device that fixes any chain or loops back to the wall.


General delivery information?

We deliver to all UK (mainland) addresses. Delivery is free of charge for orders over £149. For any orders under this value we charge £7.95. Delivery charges to Non-mainland and all Channel Island addresses there will be an additional £15 added on.

Where is my order?

We aim to get you your order within 5-7 working days if you live in the UK. When your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking number so you can follow the progress of the order. Sometimes this lead time can be extended during busier periods (Christmas and Bank holidays).

What do I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

Should your parcel arrive and you can see that the box is damage, please sign for the parcel as damaged with the courier. If once you have unboxed your parcel you notice damage please contact our customer service team immediately and we will arrange a replacement. All of our deliveries are fully insured against damage so replacing it will not be a problem.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you’re not available with your parcel is delivered you will be left with a calling card with details on how to rearrange or collect your order.
